cooked, shredded chicken

apple
chopped

grapes
sliced in half

red onion
chopped

stalks
celery
chopped (optional)

walnuts
chopped

plain whole yogurt

tablespoons
lemon juice

tablespoons
honey
sea salt and pepper, to taste
romaine lettuce for serving
cilantro for garnish
(optional)
Instructions
Combine chicken, apple, grapes, onion, celery, and walnuts in a large bowl.
Add yogurt, lemon juice, honey, salt and pepper and mix until all ingredients are coated.
Serve over lettuce or wrap in romaine leaves.
