1/2cupnut or seed butter of choicewe love cashew butter, almond butter, and sunflower seed butter
1/2cupdatespits removed and chopped, or date paste
1/2cupcoconut flakes
1/2-1cuppuffed riceor crushed nuts of choice
Instructions
Melt the chocolate chips. Add the remaining ingredients and mix well.
Form the mixture into loose balls and place in small paper cups. Place in the fridge (or freezer, if you can't wait!) for about 20 minutes until set. Enjoy!

*I use these chocolate chips, because they contain only natural ingredients.
