Healthy No-Bake Chocolate Bars

Healthy No-Bake Chocolate Bars

These healthy no-bake chocolate bars are super easy to make and so delicious! They’re perfect for those hot summer days when you’d rather not turn on the oven.

These Healthy No-Bake Chocolate Bars are:

  • high in protein
  • sweetened naturally with honey
  • optionally gluten free and nut free

My kids love these, and love helping me make them. It’s a snack I don’t feel guilty giving them.

Healthy No-Bake Chocolate Bars

They keep well in the fridge or freezer. I like to wrap them individually and keep some in the freezer for a quick snack.

You can form them into little balls instead of bars.

  2. Add in the nut/seed butter, butter, honey, and vanilla. Stir well to combine. If it's too dry, add a bit of milk. The consistency should be like cookie dough.
  3. Press firmly into the pan. You can also roll into balls instead. Put in the freezer for at least 5-10 minutes.
  4. Melt the chocolate chips and butter together and stir until smooth.
  5. Remove from the freezer and slice into bars. Drizzle with melted chocolate and freeze again until set.
  6. Store in the freezer or fridge.
