2cupscooked chickpeas(preferably sprouted chickpeas, either cooked or raw)
1/2cuptahini (sesame paste)
1/4cupolive oil
1lemon, juice of
2clovesgarlic
2teaspoonscumin
1teaspoonpaprika
salt and pepper, to taste
water, as needed
chopped fresh cilantro or parsleyfor garnish
Instructions
Add all the ingredients (except the fresh cilantro) to a food processor. Blend until smooth, adding a little water until you get the consistency you desire.
Garnish with fresh cilantro or parley, drizzle with additional olive oil, and sprinkle with cumin and paprika.
