I especially like to serve this soup if someone in the family is feeling a bit under the weather. It contains bone broth, which is inexpensive and easy to make at home. Bone broth has so many incredible health benefits.
Bone broth:
- is an excellent source of minerals.
- boosts the immune system.
- improves digestion and heals inflammation in your gut lining.
- is high in calcium, magnesium, and phosphorus (promotes strong teeth and bones).
- has a high collagen content for healthy joints, hair, skin, and nails.
Here is an easy recipe for Bone Broth which I hope you will make a regular part of your diet.
