InshAllah we’ll be discussing the book “Why We Sleep” by Dr. Matthew Walker…Dr. Laura's Book Club: Why We Sleep

This book has literally changed my life, and I can’t wait to share it with you! Did you know that getting enough sleep is even more important than a healthy diet and exercise? And that a deficit of just 1-2 hours per night can have a profound impact on the physical, mental, and emotional health of you and your children?

I’ll be providing audio summaries of each chapter inshAllah. This book contains 16 chapters, and is divided into 4 sections.

Chapter 5 talks a lot about the importance of sleep for our children. I’ve made this little gift for the children in your life, to teach them about the importance of a good night’s sleep…
