Melt the butter in a large skillet and add the chopped onion. Cook for a few minutes, or until the onions become soft.
Add the ground beef and cook until well browned. While the beef is cooking, add the spices.
Add the tomatoes, sweet potatoes, green beans, carrots, and 1/2 cup water. Cover the pan and simmer for about 15-20 minutes, or until the vegetables have become soft. Check the dish while cooking and add more water if it starts to become dry.
Add the cream and stir well.
Serve with rice or fresh warm bread. Enjoy!
