Our Favorite Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 2 teaspoons flax or chia seeds optional, but very healthy!
  • 4 cups kefir, laban, milk, or coconut milk
  • 2 cups spinach optional
  • 2 medium bananas preferably frozen
  • 2 cups fresh or frozen berries strawberries, raspberries, or blueberries
  • honey, to taste preferably raw

Instructions

  • First add the flax or chia seeds to a blender, and blend until they turn into powder.
  • Add the laban (or kefir) and spinach, and blend until the spinach pieces are no longer visible.
  • Add the remaining ingredients and blend until smooth. Add more liquid to get the consistency you desire. Enjoy!
