Cashew Ice Cream
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups milk of choice such as dairy milk, coconut milk*, or almond milk
- 1 cup pitted dates
- 1 cup cashew butter or almond butter
- 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
- 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon natural salt
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor. Blend until well combined.
- Place the mixture in a freezer-safe container and put in the freezer for at least 4 hours. Give it a stir every once in a while.
- Or for quicker results, freeze the mixture in an ice cream maker.
